Once upon a time, our family went camping. When it was bedtime, and we were putting the kids to bed, Hannah asked me to tell her a story. I told her a story, but she didn't like it. She wanted a "scary" story. So I told her the same story as before, inserting the word "scary". The story went something like this: Once upon a time there was a scary mouse who lived in a scary hole in a scary house. One day the owner of the scary house, who was a scary man, got a scary cat who chased that scary mouse and swallowed it whole. That was how this began.
