Photos of Me

I like to sit on my dad's shoulders. He leans forwards and back and sideways and I try to stay on. Other times he throws me into the air. He used to flip me like a pancake and spin me like a pizza, but I'm getting bigger and he doesn't do that much any more. |

In November 2007 We went to a park near a river in Boulder. I had fun climbing on the rocks. |
For Halloween in 2007 My brothers and sister and I were all monkeys. This picture shows me using a banana for a microphone. |
At Chuck-E-Cheeses I got this cool set of teeth. I love wearing them. This picture was even the inspiration of one of the calendar pages my mom made for 2008. |
In September 2007, a bunch of people came for Hannah's baptism. That night Andy, Megan and Grandma Hiatt took us kids to Chuck-E-Cheeses. I had a lot of fun there. |
We went camping with our ward this summer (2007). I had lots of fun. |
I turned 4 this year! Here are some of the pictures from my birthday.

(Mom really likes my smiles in these.) |
In March 2007, my aunt Kristy and her daughter Katie came to visit us. Here is a picture of Katie riding on my back. I was pretending to be a lion. |
Here is a picture of me trying on my dad's glasses. Don't I look smart? |
Here is a picture of me and Peter painting Mom and Dad's bathroom sink with toothpaste. We got it on the mirror, on the sink, and all over ourselves. It was fun! |
I like to play dress up. Sometimes Hannah dresses me up like a girl. (I think she just wants to have a sister.) I like to dress up as an engineer too. You can see more pictures of me on the family Easter 2006 page. |
For Halloween I got to be a lion again. It's fun to growl at people! I also loved the candy, especially lollypops.

HELP!!! My sister Hannah dressed me up in her Snow White costume!
These are pictures taken on my second birthday! I got lots of presents, and then I got to eat cupcakes. It was a lot of fun!

I went swimming this summer. See how spiky my hair is? When I go swimming I like to get in and out of the pool a lot and I get the chills really fast. This picture was taken when I was out of the pool for a while.
We went to Idaho for a family Reunion. I got to ride a dinosaur, and a horse, and even go swimming in a lake. It was tons of fun!
I am a cute little happy boy with really
big eyes. |

Here is a slide show of my very first birthday!

This is a short movie showing me trying to open my present from Grandma.

Here I am at the park. It is one of my favorite places to play. I like to swing, and sit in the wood chips and taste them. They taste pretty good. I also like to climb up the steps and if Mommy would let me, I'd go down the slide all by myself!
Here I am playing Daddy's guitar. It's kind of big for me so I can't really play it the right way yet, but it's fun to make music. I also like to play the piano even though I can't see the keys very well when I'm standing on the floor.
I can stand up all by myself! Sometimes I can even take a step or two, but I prefer to have something to hang on to, even if it's just one finger. |
For Easter, Grandma sent John and me matching pajamas. It is fun to wear the same thing! |
***News Flash!***
I, Joshua Isaac Hiatt, am cruising! Not only can I crawl wherever I want to go, but now I can stand up on things, too. I love being vertical! I like to surprise Mommy with what I can get into now. |
Guess
what! I can sit all by myself now! This is a picture of me sitting next to
my big brother. I like the view from up here. I can't get into a sitting
position by myself yet, but once I'm there I can stay up forever. (Or at
least until one of my older siblings knocks me over.) When I'm not
sitting, I like to roll around. I can go almost anywhere I want now! |
In
January I got to start eating solid foods! So far I've tried rice cereal,
oatmeal, carrots, squash, sweet potatoes and peas. I love just about
everything, except for the peas. Yuck!
This
is me playing the harmonica! (Ok, maybe I was really trying to eat it, but
it was fun anyways.)

Here
I am with my brother and sister. They like to use me for a pillow, but
that's OK. I like to pull (and sometimes eat) their hair.
 This
is me when Mom let me play outside in the snow. It was cold, but I had a
lot of fun watching Hannah and John sled down the hill. Mom even took me
sledding once!

 Here
are some more cute pictures of me.

I
was a pumpkin for Halloween. I don't really understand what that was all
about, and I didn't get any candy, but it seemed like a pretty interesting
holiday anyway.
